H.S. Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred). 2+ years of customer service/business/sales experience preferred. Insurance or Finance industry experience helpful. Successfully complete the Service Representative Trainee Program. Obtain and maintain Life license and/or your 6/63 license within 12 months of hire and maintain after that. Basic math skills and billing interpretation skills. Effective communication, both written and verbally – ability to identify unmet customer needs and provide solutions. Demonstrate active listening, system navigation, research, problem-solving, critical thinking, organization and time management skills. Internet speed of at least 10 mb/s download 1mb/s upload. Employee must have a private, organized location removed from daily household distractions.
