Electrical Project Manager - REMOTE

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering Advanced knowledge of electrical construction principles/practices 7+ years of experience in managing electrical construction projects Experience dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors, and self-perform work Experience leading successful project teams and maintaining relationships with external entities Excellent organizational, team management, problem-solving, and motivational skills Ability to travel 100% nationwide

Coordinate electrical scopes on large-scale renewable energy and mission-critical projects Ensure safety, financial performance, and team development on-site Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, and engineers Oversee pay requests, job cost reports, and total cost projections Train and monitor project labor and staff Review and approve material, forming system, and equipment needs Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and owners
