Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of project management experience on large electrical projects; or Associate's degree with 4 years; or High School diploma with 6 years (focus on Mission Critical applications).
- Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
- Ability to travel within the US and outside of the US without restrictions.
- Ability to gain access to military and government sites and apply for and receive a security clearance.
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Construction (Preferred)
- Project Management Professional (Preferred)
- Knowledge of data center construction (Preferred)
- Technical experience in electrical / mechanical / structural / civil construction techniques (Preferred)
- Knowledge and experience with EM385 Army Corp of Engineer requirements (Preferred)
- Quality Control certifications / experience (Preferred)
- Efficient with MS Office Suite (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Perform site surveys and create designs for electrical infrastructure upgrades.
- Use project management tools for engineering, procurement, and construction.
- Lead modernization projects for critical electrical power systems.
- Deliver projects with professionalism and safety.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, including scope, planning, and resources.
- Create and follow cost, quality, and schedule objectives.
- Provide technical leadership to sales and service teams.
- Manage teams working on electrical equipment projects.
- Maintain projects and meet customer expectations.
- Prepare and manage change orders.
- Communicate scope of work between stakeholders.
