Staff Product Manager, Billing System & Core Services

Strong knowledge of billing systems, CRMs, Salesforce, and Stripe. Working knowledge of cloud services, microservices architecture, and backend systems. Experience creating epics and stories for engineering that align with intended outcomes. Experience with products delivered from Azure or other cloud environments. Prior experience as a software developer. Expertise in building billing systems from the ground up and designing billing platforms. Knowledge of financial technologies and their integration into billing systems. Proven record of successfully launching new billing features or systems. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects within billing or payment platforms. 7+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS company.

Create detailed business requirements, epics, and user stories for product specifications and architecture. Prioritize features based on product strategy, market needs, and business impact. Translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa. Shape product vision and roadmap for the billing platform, considering customer preferences and business needs. Analyze competitors and assess new financial technologies for integration. Ensure billing platform initiatives align with broader company goals and collaborate on launch strategies. Develop innovative features for the billing system and implement continuous improvement processes. Gather feedback on platform performance and communicate product updates. Facilitate workshops to understand stakeholder needs and act as a primary contact for billing platform queries.
