Requirements:
3+ years in a strategic, customer-facing role (CSM, Strategy, Client Services, or Account Leadership). Experience working at or closely with marketing agencies. Deep understanding of agency structures, incentives, and challenges. Skilled at leading senior-level and executive conversations. Comfortable acting as a strategic extension of an agency team. Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing a dynamic book of business. Adept at leading structured, high-impact engagements. Curious, collaborative, and growth-minded. Proficient in Salesforce, GSuite, Zoom, Slack, and tools like Notion or Jira.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary strategic partner for complex agency organizations. Advise agencies on scaling influencer programs. Build deep, multi-threaded stakeholder relationships. Drive strategic business reviews and maturity assessments. Partner with Strategic Insights Managers for off-platform analysis. Use data to identify opportunities and risks. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams. Act as a thought partner on program governance and best practices. Maintain account documentation.
