Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing UX position At least 3 years of consulting experience Expertise working with complex digital products, business logic, processes, and a variety of clients Experience in organizational leadership, including working with and influencing teams and executive leads Strong track record of problem-solving and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to see the bigger picture Experience working with global teams Highly culturally aware Experience in facilitating workshops Relationship builder, empathetic and collaborative Strong communication skills Practical knowledge and experience in Agile practices and Lean methodologies
Responsibilities:
Work independently on engagements. Guide the work of 1-2 3Pillar UX designers. Lead UX rituals/meetings. Participate in engagement agile rituals. Ensure UX team understands product vision, mission, goals, values, and user types. Explain scope changes and implications to junior team members. Present and explain design decisions to team and client stakeholders. Set up and manage engagement tools (Figma, FigJam). Forge strong partnerships with PDM, PM, and Engineering. Identify and escalate risks. Establish tools and processes for the UX team. Mentor more junior team members. Help prepare workshops. Help craft client presentations. Help create a collaborative team culture. Participate in technical UX interviews. Participate in developing internal training and practices. Help lead internal training sessions. Publish UX content (LinkedIn, Medium) approximately 4x per year. Communicate plans, priorities, and status. Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies.
