Head of User Experience

10+ years of experience in product design, with a significant track record in leadership positions. Deep understanding of developer tooling and the specific needs of developers in the B2B space is essential. Experience leading product design for B2B products designed for developers is highly desired. Proven ability to lead and inspire a design team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with design systems, UX research, and incorporating user feedback into the design process. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related fields or equivalent practical experience.

Provide strategic leadership and vision for the UX organization. Champion a design-centric culture across the organization. Lead and inspire a high-performing multidisciplinary UX team. Oversee the evolution of design systems. Collaborate closely with product leaders, engineering teams, and stakeholders. Actively engage with the developer community, gather insights, and validate solutions. Defend design solutions and advocate for user-centered design practices. Foster an environment of big-picture thinking and continuous improvement. Represent Digibee as a thought leader in the design community.
