Implement a structured onboarding process with key milestones. Develop and deliver high-impact onboarding and training sessions. Lead product demonstrations. Ensure all potential users are active in the EvenUp portal. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AEs, CSM, Product, Legal/Medical, Engineering). Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding trial period. Mentor and support junior onboarding team members. Engage with key decision-makers to establish strategic success metrics. Lead high-level review sessions to discuss trial performance. Initiate meetings with customers to troubleshoot problems and optimize workflows.
