Treasury Account Services Analyst

1-3+ years of experience in banking administration, treasury operations, or financial systems management Strong knowledge of treasury workstations (Kyriba experience strongly preferred) Proven ability to manage high-volume, data-heavy workflows with accuracy and attention to detail Familiarity with banking compliance frameworks and SOX audit processes Comfort working with ticketing systems (such as JIRA) Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Compliance, and Engineering teams Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Fully aligned with the cypherpunk, libertarian values outlined in Kraken’s Tentaclements Based in the US, ideally within the EST time zone, to work EST hours and overlap with the European team

Manage global bank account administration, including openings, closures, and maintenance Oversee authorized signers and account access Build and maintain strong relationships with global payment providers and banking partners Maintain clean, consistent data across accounts, gateways, and transaction records Support and optimize the Kyriba platform Lead or contribute to automation and process improvement projects Manage JIRA workflows for banking requests, variance investigations, and treasury documentation Perform variance and reconciliation analyses Partner with Finance, Risk, and Operations teams to maintain audit readiness and ensure SOX-compliant processes
