Senior DevOps Engineer

Deep experience operating production systems on AWS Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code, ideally Terraform Extensive experience with Kubernetes in real-world environments Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines Empathy for developers and motivation to solve their pain points Ability to think in terms of platforms and leverage Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking ownership of loosely defined problems Ability to communicate clearly and pragmatically

Design, build, and operate the core infrastructure on AWS Own and evolve the Kubernetes-based platform Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines Focus on developer experience by improving local development, testing, deployment, and observability Partner with application engineers to set patterns for services Improve monitoring, alerting, incident response, and post-incident learning Embed security into infrastructure and delivery pipelines
