Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience OR HS diploma/GED with 13+ years of relevant experience. 5+ years of experience in technical support involving system design, integration, or operations. 1+ year of hands-on experience with Dynatrace, including: OneAgent installation/configuration, Dashboards and basic analysis, Dynatrace APIs (basic familiarity acceptable), Cloud alert integration exposure (AWS/Azure). Ability to provide technical input to APM solution development and continuous improvement initiatives. Demonstrated experience performing requirements analysis. Knowledge of reviewing current APM capabilities, identifying monitoring gaps, and recommending remediation actions. Ability to advise customers on monitoring solutions and provide training/knowledge transfer on monitoring tools.
