Senior Software QA Engineer (Remote)

3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance Level of English knowledge where you will not have any problems while analyzing technical documents Deep understanding of modern automated testing tools, frameworks and processes Experience with software testing processes and methods such as ISEB / ISTQB / TMAP Familiar with software tools used in functional test automation such as Selenium (and maybe Appium, Locust & Jenkins) Good knowledge of Quality Assurance and Web Development tools, concepts and methodologies Solid experience with Python or Java In-depth knowledge about the Agile Testing Process Good knowledge of Cloud Technologies and Kubernetes is a plus A real problem solver and curious when it comes to Quality Assurance A proactive and self-directed person that takes initiative when necessary Determined to increase productivity by constantly automating parts of the software test engineering process

Helps build and design a robust automation system Monitors every stage of the software development lifecycle to ensure the quality and timely finalization of our products Predicts the testing process and develops test strategies Regularly attends internal client (partner) meetings and discuss the weekly situation with the project leadership team Works in cooperation with departments that support the infrastructure, implementation and ongoing improvements in our automation framework Regulates hardware and software requirements for test setup and ensures the quality of the content and structure of all test documents Examines QA artifacts and reports prepared by Quality Assurance Engineers Proactively identifies and manages risks Develops test strategies and follows new requirements for projects Supports the continuous learning culture that exists inside while shaping the growth of the team
