6-8 years of experience in D2C, B2B2C and/or B2B marketing, preferably within the healthcare industry 1-3 years of people management experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications, or related field Proven experience in planning and executing complex, integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels Familiar with CRMs and marketing automation tools like HubSpot and Salesforce Experience leveraging data analytics for decision-making Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution Exceptional written communication skills Experience working with diverse teams and patient populations Comfortable navigating uncertainty and problem-solving in real time
