At least 6 months of BPO experience. An innate drive to provide excellent customer service. Finished high school education. Strong interpersonal and comprehension skills. Capable of handling escalated situations, remittances, and disputes. Excellent communication and demonstrable probing and problem-solving skills. Can fluently speak both English and Spanish. Available to work Full-Time, 8 hours per day. Requires open availability and be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Laptop or Desktop specs: At least 2.0 GHz Processor (I3, I5, I7 or dual-core & up processor), At least 8 GB of RAM, 80 GB HD space with 20GB, One available USB Port.
