Telehealth Physician / Nurse Practitioner (Weight Management & Metabolic Health)

MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license (Physicians) Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Physicians) Eligible to practice telemedicine in licensed states Active, unrestricted NP license with prescriptive authority (Nurse Practitioners) Board-certified (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent) (Nurse Practitioners) Meets state requirements for telehealth practice Licensed in multiple U.S. states (30+ state coverage strongly preferred) Prior telehealth experience preferred Strong understanding of evidence-based weight management and metabolic health Excellent clinical judgment, documentation skills, and attention to detail Comfortable working in a collaborative, remote-first environment

Conduct virtual patient consultations Review patient intake forms, medical histories, and laboratory results Determine medical necessity and prescribe treatment when clinically appropriate Provide ongoing clinical oversight, follow-ups, and adjustments Document all encounters, decisions, and prescriptions accurately in the EMR Collaborate with care coordinators and internal teams Maintain compliance with all applicable telehealth, prescribing, and documentation standards Serve as an active clinical member of LumiMeds’ PC group
