Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles. Proven ability in client retention, upselling/cross-selling, and contract negotiation. Strong financial acumen: revenue management, forecasting, margins, ROI. Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot). Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
