Principal Architect, React Native/Mobile

8–12+ years of experience building and shipping high-quality mobile applications at scale Deep expertise with React Native and experience designing large, production-grade applications Strong understanding of mobile architecture, performance tuning, and platform best practices Experience with native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and/or Android (Kotlin/Jetpack) development is a strong plus Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence cross-functional teams Strong systems thinking and a bias toward scalable frameworks and reusable patterns Experience mentoring Staff and Senior Engineers and shaping technical culture Excellent communication skills

Lead technical direction and long-term architectural vision for mobile applications Act as the principal hands-on contributor, setting standards for engineering quality, performance, and scalability Drive alignment across mobile and web teams for a consistent user experience Collaborate with product and design leadership to shape strategy and execution plans Establish scalable patterns, frameworks, and development standards Partner with design and platform engineering on system-wide initiatives Champion engineering excellence through architecture reviews and performance optimization Identify and mitigate technical risks while fostering innovation Mentor Staff and Senior Engineers Act as a mobile subject-matter expert across the organization
