1-3 years of experience in IT support, endpoint management, or systems administration Experience supporting enterprise Windows environments Proficient English Level (B2 or above) Microsoft SCCM (application deployment, imaging, reporting) Windows 10/11 configuration and troubleshooting Patch management and software distribution Adaptiva experience strongly preferred Clear, professional communication with both technical and non-technical users Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed IT teams Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (Nice to Have) CompTIA A+ or equivalent (Nice to Have)
Responsibilities:
Serve as Tier 1-2 support for endpoint-related issues Support end users through Windows 11 upgrades Assist with software installs, policy updates, and configuration changes Manage and monitor application deployments through Microsoft SCCM Create, analyze, and maintain SCCM reports Troubleshoot imaging issues Support day-to-day operations of the Adaptiva platform Partner with Adaptiva support and internal engineering teams Perform environment clean-up and maintenance Work cross-functionally with systems, network, and security teams Document procedures, resolutions, and best practices
