Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

5+ years of accounting/finance experience. CPA (U.S. Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent international credential. Strong English communication skills. Experience with bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks. Strong skills in financial reporting and management accounting. Self-starter with a proactive mindset. Experience in real estate, construction, or international trade is a plus. Ability to work Eastern Time hours.

Oversee and refine bookkeeping practices. Prepare management reports and financial summaries. Ensure compliance with US and global tax regulations. Optimize financial closing processes. Collaborate with and guide bookkeepers. Handle accounting matters including vendor payments, rent collections, and invoicing. Identify and correct inefficiencies in financial processes. Propose and develop new financial management practices.
