Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Investor Relations Coordinator, or Client Services role within the Finance or Financial Services industry. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence. Proven highly organized and responsive approach, with strong attention to detail. High emotional intelligence and ability to manage sensitive, confidential relationships. Discreet and trustworthy, capable of handling confidential information. Comfortable interfacing with high-net-worth investors and stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experienced with CRM systems and document management platforms (e.g., Dropbox). Native or near-native fluency in English with a strong preference for candidates capable of delivering speech in a standard UK English dialect (nice to have). Background in Finance, Economics, or Business (strongly preferred).
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for all investor communications and inquiries. Manage the full investor onboarding lifecycle. Prepare and dispatch routine investor communications. Maintain meticulous records of investor commitments within the CRM. Support capital-raising efforts. Assist with the coordination of investor calls, presentations, and events. Ensure strict investor confidentiality and compliance. Provide direct administrative support to the Managing Partner/President. Manage the executive calendar, meeting logistics, and document preparation. Track key initiatives and ensure timely execution. Draft, proofread, and finalize sensitive correspondence. Prepare materials for high-level meetings and presentations. Act as a professional liaison between firm leadership, investors, and teams.
