Requirements:
4-5 years marketing experience, preferably in a field-facing role. Extremely analytical, leveraging data to inform all your campaigns. Excellent project management skills. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to hold stakeholders accountable for developing and delivering programs. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. A clear understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes, field marketing, and sales enablement content creation. Solid business acumen, with marketing or sales experience or enablement experience, is a must. An excellent communicator, writer, and storyteller.
Responsibilities:
Continue delivering revenue growth from HubSpot’s established scalable program of work. Manage campaigns end-to-end: strategy, content, design, execution, measurement, and optimisation. Partner closely with the Automation team to brief and support required nurture workflows. Identify, build, and launch new scalable programs for the region. Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Regional Marketing, Central Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment and amplify impact. Lead AI experimentation within your programs, working with curiosity and speed. Thrive in a fast-moving environment while maintaining clarity and focus.
