Design Engineer (Webflow / AI)

3-5 years of hands-on experience in a Web Design, UX/UI, or Design Engineering role. Expert proficiency in Webflow (design, development, CMS, and interactions). Strong foundation in web design principles, including responsive design, typography, and visual hierarchy. Proven ability to write and understand clean, semantic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Experience using AI design tools (FigmaMake, MidJourney) for ideation, asset creation, or workflow enhancement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Sole ownership of Webflow development, including design, build, and launch of new pages exclusively within Webflow. Daily site maintenance and optimization, ensuring flawless performance and responsiveness to business needs. Implement on-page SEO (AEO/GEO) strategies, technical SEO, and performance enhancements. Translate high-fidelity mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow pages. Prototype and implement AI design tools for creative output enhancement and process efficiency. Be available to resolve critical site issues and emergencies promptly.
