Minimum 3 years of hands-on dental billing experience (full end-to-end process) in a U.S.-based setting SME-level knowledge of codes, EOBs, AR follow-up, appeals, U.S. dental software, and compliance standards Prior training experience supporting VAs, front desk staff, or billing teams Familiarity with U.S. dental practice management software Confident in leading live training sessions and developing/revising content

Lead live and recorded training on core billing workflows Facilitate sessions on payer logic and billing sequencing Conduct Skills Evaluation Interviews (SEIs) Track and document learner progress Lead recovery training sessions Provide feedback and escalate retraining needs Support the creation of training content Propose curriculum revisions Reinforce HIPAA compliance and documentation standards Respond to learner questions on codes and billing sequences
