Minimum 1-2 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate support. Solid understanding of Section 8 / Housing Choice Voucher programs. Experience using Buildium or similar property management software. Proficient in Google Workspace tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Comfortable handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Ability to multitask, prioritize leads, and meet leasing deadlines.
