Requirements:
4 to 6 plus years in operations, driver, fleet, or logistics roles; gig economy or last mile preferred. Demonstrated success managing teams and improving performance. Strong analytical skills with dashboard fluency and KPI driven decisions. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving. Comfortable operating in fast-paced and evolving environments. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead daily network operations for Moves, Deliveries, and Junk Removal. Oversee real-time dispatch, fleet utilization, and capacity coverage. Monitor and improve acceptance rate, on-time arrival, completion rate, and cancellations. Resolve incidents, provider delays, and capacity gaps. Identify inefficiencies and streamline workflows. Own provider onboarding, verification, and activation. Ensure compliance with KYC, insurance, vehicle qualification, and platform rules. Implement coaching, tier progression, and incentive programs. Drive initiatives that improve satisfaction and retention. Enforce safety, quality, and compliance policies. Track safety and quality KPIs. Ensure complete documentation including proof of delivery and damage reporting. Conduct periodic audits and compliance reviews. Manage and mentor Driver Operations Leads and Regional Operations Specialists. Set clear goals and hold teams accountable to KPIs. Run weekly operational reviews. Build playbooks for new city launches, peak demand, and service expansion. Present performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
