Demonstrated expertise in lead generation and navigating broker/direct sales environments. History of successfully managing sales targets and team KPIs. In-depth knowledge of lending products, pricing strategies, risk assessment, and underwriting principles. Dynamic sales leadership with a collaborative 'player-coach' approach. Proven experience in working with ISO/broker networks and directly sourcing merchants. Outstanding skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship development. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment. Expertise in financial products and structuring deals. Proficient in lead generation systems (inbound & outbound). Management of ISO/broker channels. Fundamentals of underwriting (bank statement analysis, revenue trends, NSF recognition). Skilled in risk assessment and stacking analysis.
