8+ years of engineering experience At least 2 years in an engineering management role Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience Hands-on experience with large-scale distributed systems Hands-on experience with database internals Strong technical leadership and mentorship skills Excellent communication skills Proven ability to manage delivery, execution, and roadmap planning
