5+ years of experience in mixed methods user research Proficiency in conducting usability testing, interviews, surveys, and other research methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated experience working autonomously on complex projects Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment Empathetic and collaborative mindset with a strong focus on mentoring and team development Experience leveraging AI and other tools is a plus

Conduct comprehensive user research using mixed methods Develop and maintain user personas and journey maps Integrate iterative testing and feedback loops Analyze data to identify patterns and actionable insights Prepare research reports and presentations Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers Mentor and coach junior researchers Stay informed on industry trends and emerging UX research methodologies
