Lead full-cycle recruitment for India-based roles, including technical and GTM positions. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines. Build and maintain candidate pipelines. Coordinate offers, background checks, and onboarding, ensuring compliance with Indian employment law. Onboard new hires in India. Serve as the primary HR point of contact for India employees on policies, performance, and daily questions. Support managers with performance reviews, disciplinary processes, and coaching. Drive employee engagement initiatives aligned with global culture and values. Manage offboarding and exit processes, documenting lessons learned. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation for India. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, gratuity, ESIC, etc.). Support the implementation of India-specific HR policies consistent with global standards.
