Requirements:
Willingness to work non-traditional schedules (weekends, holidays, evenings) 1-2 years experience in fraud, abuse or compliance in ecommerce, FinTech, or telecommunications Experience working in a fast paced, ambiguous environment Empathetic and enjoy working with customers and carriers Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and comfortable with ambiguity Above average written and verbal communication skills Willingness to collaborate with partners and industry players Good time management and organizational skills Basic knowledge of SQL, Looker, Tableau or similar data extraction and data visualization tools (desired) Basic understanding APIs and related technologies (desired) Background in telecommunications (desired)
Responsibilities:
Investigate cases and analyze bad actor behavior Protect customers by identifying non-compliant activity Take action to stop bad actors while minimizing false positives Identify trends and recommend preventative solutions Use data to identify patterns and take action Resolve urgent issues impacting businesses, carriers, and consumers Detect and prevent non-compliant activity using Twilio's tools Provide customer support via email
