Inventory Control Specialist

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field 5+ years of experience in inventory management Proficiency in NetSuite is highly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly preferred Analytical, detail-oriented, strong communicator, and able to work cross-functionally.

Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system and monitor all equipment movements. Review and validate all inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and write-offs. Prepare and analyze monthly inventory roll-forward and CIP schedules. Coordinate with Operations to ensure proper asset tagging and consistent tracking procedures. Collaborate with Operations and Logistics teams to maintain real-time data integrity. Support Finance and external auditors by providing detailed inventory listings and reconciliation reports.
