Senior Sales Engineer (Remote from North Carolina)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred. 7+ years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or a similar role within financial services or fintech. Strong understanding of banking software, fintech solutions, and financial institution workflows. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value. Familiarity with consultative, strategic, and conceptual selling methodologies. Willingness to travel as needed.

Conduct technical product demonstrations and address client questions. Collaborate with sales to understand client needs and present customized solutions. Support sales process through proposal development, RFP responses, and solution architecture. Position products against competitors. Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features and industry trends. Gather client feedback for product enhancements. Represent the company at conferences and events.
