Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred. 7+ years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or a similar role within financial services or fintech. Strong understanding of banking software, fintech solutions, and financial institution workflows. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations.
Responsibilities:
Conduct technical product demonstrations and address client questions onsite and virtually. Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and present customized solutions. Support the sales process through proposal development, RFP responses, and solution architecture. Position products against competitors, highlighting differentiators and value propositions. Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, upcoming enhancements, and industry trends. Gather client feedback to identify potential product gaps or enhancements and communicate insights to Product Management. Represent the company at conferences and events to promote products and solutions.
