Motions Designer ID

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field. 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production. Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro. Proficiency in other motion design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender is a plus). Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition. Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams. Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills. A portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work is required. Able to communicate in English is MUST.

Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital ads. Conceptualize and develop storyboards, design frames, and animation sequences. Ensure motion visuals maintain consistency, technical quality, and alignment with brand identity. Elevate design quality through creative experimentation and art direction. Mentor junior motion designers. Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams. Partner with videographers, video editors, and graphic designers. Present and justify design concepts to stakeholders. Oversee the motion production pipeline. Create reusable templates and design systems. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Troubleshoot animation, rendering, or visual effects issues. Stay at the forefront of motion design trends and new creative tools. Experiment with advanced visual effects and 3D animation.
