Project Leader (Engagement Manager) - Francophone Africa

Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field (advanced degree a plus). 8+ years of relevant experience in the public sector, consulting firms, or international organizations. Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects or program management. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Business-level proficiency in both English and French. Existing right-to-work documentation for Africa. Based or willing to relocate to Sub-Saharan countries.

Work with governments and donors on complex challenges by building delivery capabilities. Lead and drive impact across multiple workstreams, guiding and coaching client teams. Facilitate problem-solving, collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement. Develop high-quality presentations, reports, and engagement pieces. Lead interactive workshops and deliver training sessions. Build internal assets including business development and IP development.
