Connect cross-functional workflows integrating Sales, Marketing, and Client Delivery. Manage CRM setup, tagging, segmentation, and pipelines. Fix funnel issues (tracking, errors, broken steps) and maintain tracking across GA4, GTM, pixels, and UTMs. Monitor funnel performance and flag technical issues impacting conversions. Solve platform issues, broken automations, and tech bugs, including in funnels, CRM, websites, and payment processors. Respond quickly to urgent, revenue-impacting issues and liaise with external vendors.
