Requirements:
3+ years in technical operations, systems integration, or automation development Hands-on experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, N8N) Proficient with CRMs (GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, etc.) Experienced in managing automation projects end-to-end Strong troubleshooting skills across web tools, funnels, and integrations Understanding of tracking tools (GA4, GTM, Pixels, Hyros) Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, N8N) Experience with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot) Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Notion) Experience with landing page and funnel builders (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel) Experience with tracking and analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Facebook Pixel, Hyros, server events) Experience with payment processors (NMI, Easy Pay Direct, Stripe, PayPal, Crypto Processors) Basic website management (WordPress, DNS, URL redirects, domain management) Data flow mapping and integration design Ability to diagnose complex technical issues Ability to rebuild systems to be more stable and scalable Ability to predict failure points and prevent them proactively Process mapping and workflow architecture Documentation and SOP development Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-directed and able to work independently Clear, concise communicator (written and verbal) Fast to respond to Slack Problem-solver who takes ownership of outcomes Proactive and resourceful in identifying solutions High personal standards and commitment to continuous improvement High ownership mentality
Responsibilities:
Reverse-engineer undocumented workflows and create documentation Build system maps, diagrams, and SOPs Design and maintain automations across Zapier, Make, and N8N Replace manual tasks with automated workflows and build error detection Redesign outdated automations and connect cross-functional workflows Manage CRM setup, tagging, segmentation, and pipelines Fix funnel issues, maintain tracking across GA4, GTM, pixels, and UTMs Monitor funnel performance and system performance Solve platform issues, broken automations, and tech bugs Fix issues in funnels, CRM, websites, and payment processors Respond quickly to urgent, revenue-impacting issues Liaise with external vendors or support teams Maintain and improve websites, hosting, DNS, CRM workflows, attribution, tracking systems, payment processor integrations, and billing logic Design technical workflows, document key processes with SOPs, and integrate tools across departments Standardize technical processes and maintain audit-ready documentation Execute automation projects from planning to implementation Build and deploy automations and AI-driven workflows Own execution of all automation initiatives Collaborate with department heads to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions Ensure automations integrate cleanly with systems Monitor and maintain workflow reliability Build automations to reduce manual workload Maintain dashboards for KPIs and system health Flag issues early and identify opportunities to improve efficiency Report on operational performance and system reliability
