Requirements:
Knowledge of the digital Chinese market. Mandarin language fluency. 4+ years of partnerships or relevant work experience. Affiliate marketing experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field, or relevant work experience. B2B knowledge and ability to recruit agencies or out of network publishers preferred. Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing. Knowledge of self-serve platform, auction, and biddable digital advertising buying. Experience in a sales or account management role with small businesses. Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals. Experience in Performance Marketing (particularly Affiliate Marketing) industry preferred. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented and persuasive. Proven record of success in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment. Comfortable leading client-facing presentations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and self-directed creative problem solver.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to quarterly planning and execution with clients to meet strategic goals. Create and own strategy for partner recruitment and growth initiatives. Execute recruitment and nurture strategies, including negotiation and campaign setup. Adapt strategies to meet client goals and pivot when necessary. Contribute to overall revenue goals through publisher optimization and recruitment. Act as a subject matter expert in APAC market and partnership verticals. Identify new, high-quality partnerships and areas of opportunity. Recruit high-potential partners and negotiate terms. Foster relationships with top-performing publishers. Communicate clearly and engagingly with publishers and clients. Pitch new, innovative opportunities to clients. Share best practices and collaborate with internal teams. Identify and escalate risks with recommendations.
