Experience in B2B IT services sales (Software House, IT Consultancy) Proven track record in converting leads and closing deals Solid background in web and mobile product development, and hands-on insight into how web and mobile applications work Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Polish and English (min. C1) Goal-oriented, highly proactive, and self-driven approach to work
Responsibilities:
Full responsibility for the sales cycle of warm inbound leads Conduct deep discovery calls to identify client business challenges and advise on IT solutions Develop and present technical and business proposals Negotiate terms of cooperation and close new software development contracts Accurate and proactive management of the sales pipeline and activity tracking Organize and lead discovery meetings to gather business requirements Collaborate with Technical Leads, Architects, and Project Managers for estimations Manage sold projects during the first weeks before handover Ensure smooth project handoff to the Delivery Project Manager
