Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in Employee Experience, Onboarding, People Operations, or Talent Operations Strong experience owning or designing new hire experiences in a growing organisation Hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS systems and managing hiring workflows Experience designing and running employee or candidate surveys and feedback loops Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Recruiting, HR, IT, and Operations Strong communication skills, empathy, and stakeholder management capability
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end new hire experience from offer acceptance through onboarding and early tenure Design and continuously improve preboarding and onboarding journeys Ensure global consistency while allowing for regional and functional nuance Own the ATS to HRIS hiring workflow, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant transitions Ensure new hires receive the right communications, tasks, and information ahead of Day 1 Coordinate onboarding experiences across Recruiting, Hiring Managers, HRBPs, IT, and Operations Own new hire experience measurement, including preboarding, onboarding, and hiring manager surveys Analyse insights and partner with stakeholders to turn feedback into measurable experience improvements Partner regionally with Recruiters and business teams to improve local pre- and post-onboarding experiences
