Requirements:
10+ years of successful sales experience in healthcare, life sciences, or SaaS. Strong preference for experience selling RWE, HEOR, or data analytics solutions. Deep understanding of real-world data sources, evidence generation methodologies, and use cases. Skilled at identifying, developing, and closing new RWE-focused opportunities. Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles. Exceptional ability to communicate scientific and technical value propositions. Experienced in CRM management for tracking RWE opportunity pipelines and forecasting. In-depth knowledge of RWE market trends, regulatory guidance, and payer evidence needs. Comfortable working with cross-functional science, data, and product teams.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new business opportunities in biopharma and life sciences focusing on RWE strategies. Build a robust pipeline of opportunities related to evidence generation and analytics solutions. Own the full sales process from initial outreach to contract closure. Present Datavant's value proposition in RWE and RWD analytics through demonstrations and business cases. Collaborate with marketing, product, and science teams to deliver tailored RWE solution proposals. Stay current on RWE market dynamics, regulatory guidance, and competitor offerings. Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM systems. Identify new and upsell opportunities across assigned territories and existing accounts.
