Own pre-purchase process: onboarding, paywalls, pricing/packaging surfaces. Improve existing funnels for resume, cover letter, and resignation letter creation. Help users engage with new features to convert them into paying customers. Lead end-to-end design projects and work closely with engineers and stakeholders. Develop landing pages and tools for organic and AI-driven growth. Rapidly prototype and test design variants incorporating user feedback and data. Come up with features and improvements that ship quickly and with high quality. Occasionally conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing. Take ownership of the product's visual language and design system.
