Sr. BI Engineer

5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, analytics, or a related field. Advanced SQL expertise. Strong knowledge of engineering and operations best practices (version control, data quality, testing, monitoring). Data modeling expertise with experience in ETL, Data Warehousing, and Data Lakes. Data visualization skills using Tableau. Programming proficiency in Python or Java. Basic knowledge of statistical measures and techniques. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Own the end-to-end data lifecycle. Architect scalable data pipelines and warehouse structures. Establish data design standards and quality benchmarks. Drive decisions on data architecture, tooling, and storage optimization. Lead data modeling efforts. Implement data validation frameworks and monitoring systems. Champion data governance. Partner with stakeholders to identify analytical opportunities. Design complex analytical models and build dashboards in Tableau or Looker. Develop and deliver insight frameworks. Mentor analysts and engineers. Evaluate and implement emerging data tools. Automate reporting workflows and implement CI/CD for data pipelines. Identify and eliminate data bottlenecks. Drive a culture of proactive problem-solving.
