Clinical Provider - Trust and Safety (Bogota)

Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience Minimum of 500 supervised clinical hours (excluding internships and academic placements) Skilled in Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches Skilled in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT) Skilled in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Skilled in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivors Skilled in Somatic Experiencing (SE) Must hold valid and active licenses applicable to the country of practice Proficiency in English and local language Prior experience with EAP and/or adult counseling preferred Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary

Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support Address a range of clinical cases (depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, etc.) Partner with internal clinical team to improve platform and client programs
