5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Analytics, or similar client-facing SaaS roles. Strong executive-level written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple customer projects and priorities simultaneously. Experience delivering live trainings, workshops, or onboarding sessions. Strong understanding of business analytics, data preparation, analysis, and reporting. Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Alteryx or similar workflow-based tools. Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable analytics solutions. Excellent ownership, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Comfortable working with globally distributed teams and APAC time zones.
