Own and execute employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and internal transfers Take full ownership of HR administrative workflows, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across all employee data and documentation Independently manage background checks, employment verifications, and compliance requirements with strong attention to detail Support benefits administration, acting as a reliable point of contact for employee questions and changes Prepare and audit data for payroll, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies Maintain and improve HRIS and People systems, ensuring data integrity and scalable processes Partner cross-functionally with Talent, Finance, IT, and Legal, driving issues to resolution with minimal oversight Own policy acknowledgements, documentation tracking, and audit readiness end-to-end Support people programs, engagement initiatives, and internal communications Identify gaps, document processes, and proactively recommend improvements to help People Ops scale efficiently
