Menu & Revenue Optimization Ssr Analyst

3+ years of experience in a similar role with proven business impacts through analysis and operational execution. Experience in optimization projects is highly valued. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economy or other related field. Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel. SQL knowledge is a plus. Ability to identify process gaps and opportunities and implement improvements. Comfortable handling multiple projects, prioritizing, achieving objectives, meeting deadlines, and a keen eye for detail.

Manage market portfolio and chef restrictions, identifying improvement opportunities. Analyze menu gaps and execute actions for weekly menu satisfaction. Evaluate and approve new SKUs, monitoring their performance. Oversee premium weekly planning to optimize revenue. Identify opportunities for margin-based revenue improvement and develop action plans. Support expansion projects (On-demand, Chef Marketing, B2B). Prepare and share weekly/monthly reports and dashboards on Menu Planning team KPIs. Maintain close relationships with stakeholders for effective communication.
