7-10+ years in CPG sales, business development, or account management Track record of opening new retail accounts and growing existing relationships Experience managing alternative channels for a CPG brand, working at sales/marketing agencies/brokers, or in retail buying/merchandising roles Proven success building retail partnerships from first conversation through scaled revenue Deep understanding of how off-price, value, and grocery retailers evaluate and buy inventory Comfort with both high-level strategic discussions and deal-level engagement Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines Data-driven mindset, bias for action, and passion for driving measurable business outcomes
