Strong hands-on experience in system administration within a cloud-first or hybrid environment Deep practical expertise with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including user lifecycle management, RBAC, Conditional Access, MFA, and access reviews Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, compliance and security policies, application deployment, and OS update/patch management Experience managing corporate devices (Windows, macOS, and/or Linux), including hardening, patching, and endpoint security Proven experience administering enterprise SaaS and internal services, including SSO integration, JIT/SCIM, access control, and auditability Strong understanding of patching, configuration management, and operational change control Experience handling requests and incidents, including prioritization, escalation, clear communication, and post-incident follow-up Practical experience with monitoring and alerting for systems, devices, and services Solid grasp of identity, endpoint, and systems security fundamentals, including least-privilege access and secrets management Good in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to reduce operational toil and enforce consistency Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD environments from an operational support perspective Atlassian Jira/Monday.com automation, n8n or similar AI automation tool experience Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills A proactive, ownership-driven mindset focused on reliability and continuous improvement
