Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a Mobile Developer, Web Developer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Engineer role at a B2B software technology company
- Experience with mobile or web development
- Familiarity with iOS, Android and their development tools
- Working knowledge of Linux and/or Mac OS X command line
- Ability to read and write code is a plus (Python, Java, Objective-C, Swift, Kotlin, or JS preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel
Responsibilities
- Represent Embrace as an expert communicator and technologist
- Communicate directly with customers, product and engineering teams
- Drive technical integration strategy and execution for prospects and customers
- Root-cause technical issues and provide clear reproduction instructions
- Suggest product improvements
- Ensure efficient bug surfacing to Engineering
- Improve collaboration with Sales and Customer Success
